By confirming a booking with Swagat Holidays, the customer agrees to: a) The itinerary b)Payment schedule c) Booking, cancellation, and refund terms mentioned above
A tour booking is confirmed only after:
Finalization of itinerary and cost, and
Receipt of the required booking advance payment
Confirmation details will be shared via email or WhatsApp.
A booking advance is required to confirm hotels, transportation, and other services.
The advance amount may vary depending on the package, travel season, and services involved.
Balance payment details will be communicated clearly at the time of booking.
The remaining balance amount must be paid before or at the start of the tour, unless otherwise specified.
Failure to complete payment on time may result in service cancellation without refund.
Cancellation charges depend on the time of cancellation and supplier policies (hotels, transport providers, houseboats, etc.).
More than 15 days before travel:
Booking advance may be refunded after deducting applicable service charges and supplier cancellation fees.
8–14 days before travel:
Partial refund, subject to hotel and service provider policies.
Within 7 days of travel / No-show:
No refund will be applicable.
Exact cancellation terms may vary based on the package and will be communicated during booking.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting cancellation charges and non-refundable expenses.
Refunds are usually processed within 7–14 working days.
Bank charges, payment gateway fees, and administrative costs may be deducted.
No refund will be provided for:
Unused services
Early check-out or late arrival
Missed sightseeing due to personal reasons
Delays or changes caused by weather, strikes, natural events, or government restrictions
Swagat Holidays shall not be responsible for cancellations or delays due to circumstances beyond control, including but not limited to:
Natural calamities
Political disturbances
Pandemics
Flight cancellations
Government restrictions
In such cases, refunds will be subject to supplier policies.
Hotels, houseboats, and transport services operate under their individual cancellation and refund policies.
Swagat Holidays acts as a facilitator and cannot override supplier terms.
Swagat Holidays is not responsible for loss of belongings, injuries, accidents, or delays caused by third-party service providers.
Guests are advised to carry valid identification and follow local laws and customs.
